Marriott aquired Sheraton facility over 6yrs ago. Our king size room was very mice and clean, drapes closed out most light, air and heat worked great, but no microwave found in room, only thing I thought was annoying was the end of second floor sounded like the water was running like someone showering the whole time. Bed was comfortable, pillows were too soft, and something made me itchy all night possibly the bleach they are cleaned in. Staff was friendly, hallway smelt good, clean not musky, and seems clean.

The best part of my entire stay was the hospitality. The lobby was extremely clean as well as the balcony. Alex at the front desk was amazing. He was very accommodating, friendly, and easy going. Anthony was also amazing. We arrived around midnight and was given a very warm welcome as if it were 12 noon. And upon check out, Alex once again, made sure we made it to the airport on-time. I will definitely stay here again next year when we come back for our 1-year anniversary.

All of the staff were incredibly nice, helpful, and kind. The breakfast buffet was little, but with good quality. My room was impeccable and properly stocked with toiletries and towels. AC was functioning properly and quietly. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

I was at the hotel for only one night, so that I could be closer to the SJC Airport for my flight home. Supervisor checked me in and was so funny / nice / accommodating. He did not charge me for parking since I was a party of one, which I really appreciated.
